v2030_logo The first 5-year Vision 2030 Medium Term Plan (MTP 1) covering 2008 – 2012 was developed taking into account the success achieved under the Economic Recovery Strategy (ERS), 2003-2007. It, therefore, assumed continued strong broad based economic growth and development consistent with Vision 2030 objectives.
