Under the auspices of the Ministry of Planning, Kenya hosted the 4th Annual General Meeting of African Community of Practice on Managing for development results (AfCoP-MfDR) in May 2011 followed by a 2 day training on Performance Budgeting organized by the Africa Centre for Learning, Evaluation and Results (CLEAR) of South Africa.
