Guidelines for the establishment and operation of the social budgeting framework

The Ministry of State for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 commissioned the development of these Gender Mainstreaming Guidelines in response to our Strategic Plan for the years 2008-2013, which recognizes the need to undertake sensitization and Capacity Building in the key areas of Gender Mainstreaming, HIV/AIDS as well as Disability issues. The Guidelines herein, therefore seek to fulfi ll, in particular, the 2009/2010 Gender Mainstreaming Indicator requirement within our Ministerial Performance Contract.
