1ST QUARTER REPORT ON DISABILITY MAINSTREAMING THE MINISTRY OF STATE FOR PLANNING, NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND VISION 2030

The 2009/2010 Performance Contract guidelines require all Public Institutions to implement the Government Policy on Affirmative Action for People with Disabilities, in this regard therefore, the Sectoral Directorate  is charged with the responsibility of implementing this target of mainstreaming disability in the Ministry.
In the first quarter of the year, the Ministry has carried out the following;

1. Formation of the Disability Mainstreaming Committee(DMC)
2. Launch of the DMC
3. Development of DMC Terms of Reference (ToR)
4. Development of DMC Work Plan
