Mr. Joel Makori joined the service on the 9 th of February 1990 as an Administrative Officer Cadet.

He possesses the following Academic and Professional Qualifications; Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (1987), Master’s Degree in Economics (1989), Administration Officers Induction Course Certificate (1990), a certificate in Paramilitary Training and Leadership Development Course (1992), Advanced Public Administration Course (2002), and a certificate in Senior Management Course (2006) Strategic Management (2010).

Mr. Makori has thirty-two (32) years experience in the service having worked in the field offices and central government. The officer joined State Department for Economic Planning in September 2021 and is currently the Director in charge of Administration.
