2nd Preparatory Mission Meeting of the African Development Bank Group (AFDB) to Kenya

The Secretary General of the African  Development Bank Group, Prof. Vincent Nmehielle this morning paid a Briefing courtesy call to the Prime Cabinet Secretary, Hon. Musalia Mudavadi in his office at the Railways Complex. The courtesy call happened after the AFDB Secretary General and the Economic Planning Principal Secretary, James Muhati, chaired a fruitful meeting at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre where the Bilateral Meetings are taking place in preparation for the upcoming: “59th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Africa Development Bank and 50th Annual meeting of the Board of Governors of the Africa Development Fund scheduled to take place in Nairobi from 27th May, 2024.

The Annual meeting by the African Development Bank Group presents an opportunity for Kenya to promote the activities of the country to the international community on Kenya’s Economic Development Agenda and policies being implemented by the government to facilitate economic growth.
