Grassroots Data Management Phase II Capacity Building and Systems Management in West Pokot County

West Pokot DCC Samuel Kiarie opened the grassroots data management training for Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs and Assistant County Commissioners at a  Kapenguria hotel in Turkana County. 

The three day training will equip the NGAOs with skills that will enable the government in evidence based planning and monitoring. 

This is an initiative of the State Department for Economic Planning meant to cover all the 47 Counties.
