INSTALLATION OF THE 3RD VICE CHANCELLOR OF THE AFRICA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY (AIU)

At African International University in Karen this morning, the Economic Planning PS James Muhati addressed the University fraternity as the Chief Guest.   This was during the occasion of the installation of the 3rd Vice Chancellor Dr. Nelson Makanda who replaced the outgoing Prof. Dankit  Nassiuma.

The PS congratulated Dr. Makanda for climbing through the ladder to achieve the level of this installation which is a great milestone to AIU Community and to the international education sector.  PS Muhati also emphasized the government commitment in investing more resources and supporting the education system in the country to ensure that there is increased and skilled human capital development for improved national economic growth.  He expressed confidence that AIU will produce dynamic and innovative graduates who will be ready to compete and venture into the versatile regional fields and global markets.
