Faculty of Economics,Pwani University students pay a courtesy call to the State Department for Economic Planning at the Treasury Building

Earlier today, students from the Faculty of Economics,Pwani University paid a courtesy call to the State Department for Economic Planning at the Treasury Building.

The students were received by the Economic Planning Secretary,Timothy Gakuu on behalf of the Principal Secretary, James Muhati.

The EPS had an engaging session with the students where he expounded to them on the mandate and functions of the State Department for Economic Planning.

He further explained the Vision 2030 and how it is being implemented through the Medium Term Plans and other matters pertaining to governance.

In attendance were; Directors Benson Kimani(CPPMD), Muigai Wainaina (CPMD), James Maina (International Cooperation), Pamela Ongwae (CPPMD).
