World Skills Day Celebrations Breakfast Meeting

The Chief Administrative Secretary, National Treasury and Planning, Eric Simiyu Wafukho, this morning attended the World Skills Day celebrations breakfast meeting at the Hilton as Chief Guest.

The meeting was hosted by the Ministry of Education, State Department of Vocational and Technical Training and brought together TVET students leaders , TVET colleges, TVET Authority ,senior government officials , Universities, the corporate sector , UNESCO and the Diplomatic community.

Wafukho reiterated the commitment of the National Treasury and Planning’s commitment to continue supporting the education sector through not only funding but also provision of such resources as planning guidelines and Monitoring and Evaluation tools are available and useful in ensuring alignment and effective programming in Ministries, Departments and State Agents.
